Clarification on V-Wager contest???

Question: Is this contest based on Wins/Losses or on Units? Because if it is on W/L then you would always take the Moneyline and never have to cover the spread. So, I would presume it is for Units???

if it was based on wins, there would be no use playing dogs as everyone and their pets would be only playing big home favs like -380 at pick em. Why would anyone even bet a dog at +230 if it was based on wins.

Yes, if you pick a game at +160, and you win, you are up +1.6 units. Highest unit winner takes home the cake..
